RETURNS & EXCHANGE

Any returns are subject to the law on distance contracts and entail a right of withdrawal of 30 days from the time you have received the product. Any costs for returns are taken care of by you. In case of exchange, we are responsible for the shipping back to you- then contact us and we will send you a return label and guide you how to change your product by doing a new order:)

How do I return an item?

The product must not be used or washed and all labels must remain on the product. The consumer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. The consumer bears the risk of the product being damaged or lost during return transport.

Refund on return

BOW19 Details undertakes to refund the full amount no later than 10 days after we receive your return. If you have paid by card, the money will be deposited in your account. Other restrictions apply to Klarna payment.

Complaints

BOW19 guarantees that all items you ordered are error-free when ordering. Should you receive a defective or incorrectly delivered item, you must contact customer service within 14 days. In the first place, we repair your product or sends you a new replacement item. If we can not repair or send you a new item, a refund will be made. Of course, we are responsible for the shipping cost for complaints and incorrect deliveries, this applies when the complaint has been approved.

 

Shipping terms

We send with Postnord / DHL, so our goods can be picked up at all Postal agents. You will receive an SMS / email when your goods are available for collection. The shipping cost is SEK 49 within Sweden and SEK 69 in Europe.

 

Freight

You will receive an order confirmation by email from us when we have received your order. Enter your mobile number when ordering and you will receive an SMS with your avi when the package is ready to be picked up.

In the event of a sale, there may be a delay in the processing of your order and the delivery time may be a little longer. If you do not pick up your package within 14 days, the package will be sent back to us. Then a repurchase is made automatically, but BOW19 does not pay any shipping costs.

Normal delivery time is 2-5 working days. In order for you to receive your delivery as quickly as possible, be sure to enter the correct telephone number and email address.

Transport damage

BOW19 Details is not responsible for any transport damage. It is important that you checks that the package is not damage when you receive the item (s). If this is the case, you are responsible for contacting us within 14 days.
