RETURNS & EXCHANGE

PLEASE FILL IN THE FORM FOR RETURN OR/AND EXCHANGE:

The product must not be used or washed and all labels must remain on the product. The consumer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. The consumer bears the risk of the product being damaged or lost during return transport.

Refund on return

BOW19 DETAILS undertakes to refund the full amount no later than 10 days after we receive your return. If you have paid by card, the money will be deposited in your account. Other restrictions apply to Klarna payment.

Transport damage

BOW19 Details is not responsible for any transport damage. It is important that you checks that the package is not damage when you receive the item (s). If this is the case, you are responsible for contacting us within 14 days.
