Refund on return

IF A RETURN- ask for a return label for a cost of 49 SEK if in Sweden that will be deduct from your refund, this charge is free if you choose to swop to a new product:)

6,9 euro for a international return

The product shall be unworn and still attached to its jewellery card/ have its original tag.

BOW19 DETAILS undertakes to refund the full amount no later than 10 days after we receive your return. If you have paid by card, the money will be deposited in your account. Other restrictions apply to Klarna payment where the customer contacts their private Klarna account.
